By attending this meeting, you are consenting to be recorded and agree to release and hold harmless Carson, Carson Partners, any parents, affiliates, members, managers, agents, officers, contractors, employees, heirs, successors, and assigns from any and all claims, demands, actions, complaints, suits, or other forms of liability arising out of the foregoing and waive any right to inspect or approve the same. I, the attendee, further agree that the use of my name, image, or likeness confers upon me no rights of ownership whatsoever. It is understood and agreed that no monies in any form, including reimbursement for any expenses incurred by me, will become due to me, my heirs, agents, or assigns at any time because of the permissions and use granted herein. I understand that I may cancel this permission at any time by providing written notice to Carson and/or Carson Partners; however, photographs and/or images whichhave already been published may not be withdrawn and neither Carson nor Carson Partners shall have the obligation to do so. I voluntarily accept the terms and conditions set forth herein.
