Meet Allison
Allison Saia is a seasoned administrative and operations professional with over 20 years of experience supporting executives and streamlining business operations. In her role as Personal Assistant at Diamond Wealth, Allison provides critical behind-the-scenes support that enables our CEO, Jim DeGaetano, to remain focused on high-impact, strategic work. By managing communications, organizing priorities, and anticipating needs, she ensures efficiency and responsiveness at the highest level of the organization.
Since 2002, Allison has delivered high-level administrative support to business owners and teams, with a strong emphasis on organization, client relationship management, and operational excellence. For the past 12 years, she has specialized in supporting online businesses, bringing experience in marketing, project management, technology, and content development. Her comprehensive approach helps entrepreneurs scale efficiently while enhancing client engagement and driving sustainable growth.
Allison holds a BA in English and has a background in editorial work, which contributes to her strong communication skills and attention to detail. She once served as Poet Laureate of Hanover, Pennsylvania, reflecting her passion for language, storytelling, and community connection.
Outside of work, Allison enjoys traveling, writing poetry, and exploring new restaurants. She’s an animal lover and volunteers with several local rescue organizations. She lives in Hanover with her husband, Dan, who works in the solar industry. They have two sons—Holden, a software engineer in Seattle, and Harrison, a reporter and photographer for The Evening Sun—as well as two beloved dogs, Obi and Leia.
