As the Director of First Impressions, Dani brings warmth, professionalism, and a commitment to excellence to every client interaction. Known for her welcoming personality and attentive listening, Dani helps create an environment where clients feel seen, heard, and valued from the moment they walk through the door.
Dani holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communication Studies with a focus on Interpersonal Communication from Shippensburg University. With over 15 years of experience in guest services and a strong background in people management, she has a talent for building positive and lasting connections with clients and team members alike.
Outside of work, Dani and her husband, Jared, enjoy exploring their shared love of food—he’s the cook, and she’s the taste tester. They spend weekends visiting local farmers markets in search of new flavors. A devoted animal lover, Dani shares her home with three rescue pets and believes deeply in the power of kindness.
