Meet Hannah
In my role as Executive Assistant to CEO Jim DeGaetano, I add value by strengthening the efficiency and precision of our client service processes. I oversee critical logistics, streamline communication, and ensure that meetings, documentation, and follow through happen accurately and on time. By maintaining an organized operational structure, I help our advisors stay focused on what matters most which is guiding clients through important financial decisions. I take pride in creating a dependable, well coordinated experience that gives clients confidence in both our leadership and the firm supporting them.
10+ Years of HR/Recruiting and Operational support. I graduated from George Mason University and have built a foundation of support business executives, founders, and leaders through a variety of industries and size companies. Through all of this, I have learned the importance of operational efficiency and how it impacts the rest of the business.
Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my husband, our two daughters, and our dog Apollo. We love being outdoors whether we’re hiking, traveling, or simply spending quality time together with friends and family. I also enjoy cooking and have a particular passion for baking, especially as I’ve taken on the art of sourdough and absolutely love it. Nutrition is a big interest of mine as well, and I’m always excited to talk about food, travel, and wellness anytime.
